Warranty

Last updated: 19 August 2026

A Homage Collection table is designed to be enjoyed, displayed and passed down. Each piece combines premium furniture, detailed stadium craftsmanship, glass, integrated lighting and electronic components into one collectible object.

With the right care, your Homage Collection table is designed to remain a centrepiece of your home for years to come.

This Product Care & Warranty Policy explains how to care for your table and the warranty support available to you.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Caring for your Homage Collection table

Your table contains a combination of natural timber, veneer, glass, 3D-printed components, lighting and electronic components. Each material requires slightly different care.

The most important principle is simple: Treat your Homage Collection table as a piece of premium furniture and a collectible, not as an ordinary household table.

2. Placement

Your table is designed for indoor residential use.

For best results:

  • Keep the table indoors.
  • Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  • Keep the table away from heaters, fireplaces and other sources of excessive heat.
  • Avoid placing the table in areas exposed to excessive moisture or humidity.
  • Do not place the table outdoors.
  • Avoid placing the table where it may be regularly exposed to water or liquid spills.
  • Ensure the table is positioned on a stable, level surface.
  • Do not drag the table across flooring. If the table needs to be moved, lift it with appropriate assistance.

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat or moisture may affect timber, finishes, printed components and other materials over time.

3. Timber & Walnut Veneer Care

Your Homage Collection table is constructed using timber components finished with walnut veneer. The walnut veneer provides the rich natural appearance and character of the table while allowing us to achieve the precision and consistency required for the design.

Because walnut veneer is a natural timber product, variations in grain, tone and character may occur between individual tables. These variations are part of the natural character of the material and mean that every table is subtly unique.

Cleaning

For regular cleaning:

  • Use a soft, dry or lightly damp microfibre cloth.
  • Wipe spills promptly.
  • Avoid excessive moisture or standing water.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents or alcohol-based cleaners directly on the veneer.
  • Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring pads.
  • Do not use steam cleaners.

After using a lightly damp cloth, wipe the surface dry.

Heat & moisture

Avoid placing hot cookware, hot appliances or other high-temperature objects directly onto the table.

The walnut veneer should also be protected from prolonged exposure to moisture, humidity and direct sunlight.

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may gradually alter the tone of natural timber and veneer. This is a natural characteristic of the material and should not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Protecting the finish

We recommend using coasters, placemats or other protective surfaces where appropriate, particularly beneath drinks, hot objects or items that may scratch the finish.

Do not apply furniture oils, waxes, polishes or other timber treatments unless they have been specifically approved or recommended by The Homage Collection.

4. Glass care

The table incorporates glass panels as part of its design.

To clean the glass:

  • Use a clean microfibre cloth.
  • Use a suitable glass cleaner sparingly.
  • Apply cleaner to the cloth rather than directly onto areas containing electronics or lighting.
  • Avoid excessive liquid.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
  • Do not use abrasive cloths or sponges.

Take care when placing objects on or around the glass. Do not sit, stand or place excessive weight on the glass.

5. Stadium and 3D-printed components

The stadium within your table contains highly detailed 3D-printed and individually finished components. These components are designed primarily for display and should be treated as collectible details rather than structural elements.

To protect the stadium:

  • Do not place objects inside the stadium.
  • Do not touch or handle small stadium components unnecessarily.
  • Do not use cleaning products directly on the stadium.
  • Do not use a vacuum cleaner directly around delicate stadium details.
  • Do not apply excessive force to seats, structures, signage, lighting or other small components.
  • Keep children and pets from climbing on or interacting with the internal stadium.
  • Do not attempt to modify, repaint or repair stadium components yourself.

Dust can generally be removed using a soft, dry microfibre cloth or an appropriate soft brush.

6. Lighting

Your Homage Collection table includes integrated LED lighting designed to illuminate the stadium and create an ambient glow. The lighting system is designed for normal residential use.

To protect the lighting system:

  • Do not modify the wiring.
  • Do not remove or alter LED components.
  • Do not expose electrical components to water or excessive moisture.
  • Do not attempt electrical repairs yourself.
  • Only use the supplied charging equipment.
  • Do not use third-party power supplies unless specifically approved by The Homage Collection.

If your lighting is not operating correctly, please contact us before attempting to access or modify the electrical components.

7. Battery and charging

Your table is supplied with a rechargeable battery and the appropriate charging cable.

Charging your table

To recharge the table:

  1. Connect the supplied charging cable directly to the table.
  2. Connect the cable to an appropriate power outlet.
  3. Allow the battery to charge as required.
  4. Disconnect the charging cable when charging is complete or as directed by the supplied product instructions.

Only use the charging equipment supplied with your table or equipment specifically approved by The Homage Collection.

Battery care

For safe and reliable operation:

  • Do not attempt to open or modify the battery.
  • Do not puncture, crush or damage the battery.
  • Do not expose the battery to excessive heat.
  • Keep the battery and charging connection away from water.
  • Do not use a visibly damaged battery.
  • Do not attempt to repair the battery yourself.
  • Do not use an incompatible charger or power supply.

If you notice unusual heat, swelling, damage, odour or other abnormal behaviour from the battery, stop using it and contact The Homage Collection.

8. Remote control

Your Homage Collection table is supplied with a remote control for operating the integrated lighting.

If your remote control is not working:

Step 1 - Replace the batteries

Replace the batteries in the remote control with new batteries of the correct type.
Step 2 - Re-pair the remote

If the remote still does not operate the table:

  1. Turn the table on using the power button.
  2. Within 5 seconds of powering the table on, press and hold the “A” button on the remote.
  3. The remote will pair with the table.
  4. Pairing is complete when the table's light strip flashes.

Your remote should now be connected.If the remote still does not operate the table, contact The Homage Collection for assistance.

9. Cleaning your table

For general cleaning, we recommend using a clean, soft microfibre cloth.
Avoid:

  • abrasive cleaners;
  • harsh chemicals;
  • solvents;
  • excessive water;
  • abrasive sponges;
  • steam cleaners;
  • high-pressure cleaning;
  • spraying liquids directly onto the table; and
  • cleaning products coming into contact with electrical components.

When cleaning around the stadium and lighting, use particular care. Never spray cleaning products directly into the table.

10. Moving your table

Your Homage Collection table is substantial and contains delicate internal components.

If the table needs to be moved:

  • Do not drag the table across the floor.
  • Do not lift the table using the glass.
  • Do not lift the table by the stadium or internal components.
  • Do not place pressure on the glass panels.
  • Use sufficient people to safely move the table.
  • Keep the table level where reasonably possible.

Damage resulting from inappropriate transportation or handling may not be covered by the warranty, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. What your warranty covers

Your Homage Collection table is covered by our applicable product warranty in addition to any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to the applicable warranty terms, we may provide assistance where a product develops a manufacturing defect or component failure under normal residential use.

This may include issues relating to:

  • structural components;
  • manufacturing defects;
  • electrical components;
  • integrated lighting;
  • supplied electronic components; or
  • other components determined by The Homage Collection to have failed due to a manufacturing defect.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the issue.

12. Australian Consumer Law

The Homage Collection acknowledges that Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by a business. Depending on the circumstances, these consumer guarantees may provide rights to:

  • a repair;
  • a replacement;
  • a refund; or
  • another remedy.

Nothing in this Product Care & Warranty Policy is intended to remove or limit those rights.

13. What is not covered

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the warranty does not generally cover damage or failure caused by:

  • accidental damage;
  • misuse;
  • neglect;
  • improper handling;
  • incorrect installation or assembly;
  • failure to follow product care instructions;
  • exposure to water or excessive moisture;
  • exposure to excessive heat;
  • outdoor use;
  • unauthorised modifications;
  • unauthorised repairs;
  • use of incompatible electrical equipment;
  • physical damage to the battery;
  • damage caused during relocation by the customer;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • cosmetic changes resulting from normal use; or
  • damage caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of The Homage Collection.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Natural and manufacturing variations

Each Homage Collection table is an individually manufactured piece.
Variations may occur between individual tables, including variations in:

  • timber grain;
  • timber colour;
  • finish;
  • 3D-printed surfaces;
  • stadium detailing;
  • textures;
  • lighting appearance; and
  • other material characteristics.

These variations are a natural or expected consequence of the materials and manufacturing processes used and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
In particular, natural timber should not be expected to have completely uniform grain or colour.

15. Warranty claims

If you believe your table has developed a manufacturing fault or other issue covered by the applicable warranty, please contact us.
Please provide:

  • your name;
  • order number;
  • product or edition number;
  • date of purchase;
  • description of the issue;
  • photographs; and
  • video where appropriate.

Providing photographs or video allows our team to assess many issues remotely and may help us resolve your claim more quickly. We may request additional information or arrange an inspection where necessary.

16. Repairs and replacement components

Where appropriate, The Homage Collection may repair an affected component rather than replace the entire table.

This may include replacement of:

  • lighting components;
  • electronic components;
  • battery components;
  • glass components;
  • stadium components; or
  • other replaceable parts.

Where a component is replaced, the replacement may not be visually identical to the original component if the original component is no longer available, provided the replacement is reasonably equivalent and appropriate.

17. Warranty ownership

Warranty support is generally associated with the original purchase and product.
Because Homage Collection tables are individually numbered limited-edition pieces, we may retain purchase records associated with the relevant edition or serial number.

If you sell or transfer your table to another person, please contact us so that we can advise whether warranty or support rights can be transferred. Any transfer of warranty rights is subject to our applicable warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.

18. Product modifications

The Homage Collection does not recommend modifying the table. This includes:

  • modifying the lighting;
  • changing electrical components;
  • modifying the battery system;
  • drilling into the table;
  • altering the stadium;
  • removing structural components;
  • changing glass components; or
  • undertaking unauthorised repairs.

Unauthorised modifications may affect the safety, performance and warranty of the product, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

19. Long-term ownership

Your Homage Collection table is designed to be a long-term piece. We encourage owners to retain:

  • the original product documentation;
  • edition or serial number;
  • purchase records;
  • warranty information; and
  • any relevant care instructions.

These records may assist with future servicing, warranty enquiries, authenticity and provenance.
