Every Homage Collection table is a significant piece of furniture and a collectible item. Our delivery process has therefore been designed around protecting the table and providing an experience consistent with the quality of the product.
1. White Glove Delivery
All Homage Collection tables are delivered using our White Glove Delivery service.
We do not offer standard doorstep or kerbside delivery. Our White Glove service includes:
- delivery to your residential address;
- bringing the table into your home;
- uncrating and unpacking the table;
- assembling the table;
- installing the relevant components;
- positioning the table in your chosen location; and
- removing all packaging and delivery materials.
Our delivery team will leave your table assembled and ready to enjoy.
2. Why do we only offer White Glove Delivery?
A Homage Collection table is not an ordinary piece of furniture. Each table is a substantial, highly detailed collectible incorporating delicate 3D-printed components, lighting, glass and premium finishes.
We therefore do not believe that placing a large crate at the end of your driveway provides the experience or level of care the product deserves.
White Glove Delivery allows us to maintain responsibility for the table through the final stage of its journey and significantly reduces the risk of damage during customer handling or assembly.
For us, the experience does not end when the table leaves our facility. It ends when your Homage Collection piece is assembled, positioned and ready to enjoy in your home.
3. Delivery timeframe
Once the purchasing window for your collection closes, production will commence.
Our estimated production schedule is:
The estimated total timeframe is approximately 10–11 weeks from the close of the purchasing window. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Before your delivery
Our delivery team will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable date and time.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery path is reasonably suitable for the table.
Please consider:
- driveway access;
- building access;
- doorways;
- hallways;
- stairs;
- lifts;
- tight corners;
- ceiling height; and
- the final location of the table.
If you are unsure whether the table can access your property, please contact us before delivery.
5. Difficult access
If your property has restricted or difficult access, additional delivery requirements may apply.
This may include:
- narrow access;
- stairs;
- restricted lift access;
- long carries;
- difficult terrain;
- apartment or high-rise access;
- crane or specialist lifting requirements; or
- other circumstances requiring specialist equipment.
If additional services are required, we will discuss this with you before delivery wherever reasonably possible.
6. Delivery damage
Every table is inspected and quality checked before leaving our facility.
If your table appears damaged upon delivery, please notify our delivery team immediately and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs, videos or other information to assist with assessing the issue.
We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. International and freight delays
Because our products are manufactured internationally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
- international freight delays;
- port congestion;
- customs clearance;
- shipping disruptions;
- severe weather;
- supplier delays; or
- other logistical disruptions.
If a significant delay occurs, we will endeavour to keep you informed.
8. Change of delivery address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may not be possible once your product has entered the shipping or delivery process. Additional delivery charges may apply where an address change results in additional freight or handling costs.
9. Delivery to apartments and high-rise buildings
If your table is being delivered to an apartment, unit or high-rise building, you are responsible for confirming that the building can accommodate delivery.
This includes confirming:
- lift dimensions and weight limits;
- loading dock requirements;
- building access;
- booking requirements;
- strata or building management requirements; and
- any restrictions on delivery times.
Please provide this information to us before delivery where applicable.

Returns & Refunds
At The Homage Collection, every table is produced specifically for its collection and, once production commences, is manufactured specifically for the customer who purchased it.
For this reason, we do not generally accept returns or cancellations simply because you have changed your mind.
However, nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change-of-mind cancellations
Because Homage Collection tables are limited-edition, made-to-order products, cancellation rights depend on the stage of production.
Before the purchasing window closes
If you need to cancel your order before the relevant purchasing window closes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Subject to our confirmation and applicable law, your deposit may be refunded less any reasonable costs that we have already incurred specifically in connection with your order.
After the purchasing window closes but before production begins
Once the purchasing window has closed, production is scheduled and the remaining 50% balance is payable.
Cancellation requests at this stage will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account whether production or other costs have been incurred.
Once production has commenced
Because your table is manufactured specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept cancellations due to change of mind once production has commenced.
This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Faulty, damaged or defective products
If your table arrives damaged, defective or does not meet the consumer guarantees applicable under Australian law, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:
- repair the product;
- replace affected components;
- provide a replacement product;
- provide a refund; or
- provide another remedy required or permitted by law.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and the nature of the issue.
3. Damage during delivery
Every table is inspected and quality checked before leaving our facility.
If your table is damaged during delivery, please notify our delivery team immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- your order number;
- photographs of the damage;
- photographs of the packaging where relevant; and
- a description of the issue.
We will assess the damage and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
4. Minor variations
Because Homage Collection tables contain timber, 3D-printed components and individually finished elements, minor variations may occur between individual tables.
These may include variations in:
- timber grain;
- colour;
- finish;
- texture;
- 3D printing;
- lighting appearance; and
- other natural or manufacturing characteristics.
Minor variations that are consistent with the nature of the materials and manufacturing process will not necessarily constitute a defect.
5. Warranty claims
If you believe your table has developed a manufacturing fault or other issue covered by an applicable warranty, please contact us.
We may ask you to provide:
- your order details;
- product or edition number;
- photographs or video;
- a description of the issue; and
- other information reasonably required to assess the claim.
We may arrange an inspection or other assessment where necessary.
6. Repairs and replacement components
Where appropriate, we may repair your table or provide replacement components rather than replacing the entire product. This may be appropriate where an individual component can be replaced without affecting the integrity or appearance of the table as a whole. We will discuss the appropriate solution with you.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
8. Returning a product
If we require a product to be returned for assessment, repair or replacement, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.
Please do not arrange independent freight or attempt to dismantle and return the table without first contacting us. Because of the size, weight and complexity of our tables, specialist handling may be required.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumers have certain consumer guarantees in relation to goods and services. Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
